| ACT OF FAITH O My God, I firmly believe that You are one God in three divine persons, Father, Son and Holy SPirit. I believe that Your divine Son became man, died for our sins, and that he will come to judge the living and the deaad. I believe these and all the truths which the holy Catholic Church teaches, because You have revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived. |
| ACT OF HOPE O my God, relying on Your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of your grace, and life everlasting through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer. |

| ACT OF CHARITY O my God, I love you above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because you are all-good and worthy of my love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of You. I forgive all who have injured me, and ask pardon for all whom I have injured. Amen |
| ACT OF CONTRITION O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell. But most of all because they offend You, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace to sin no more and to avoid the near and occasion of sin. AMen |
| ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I Love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentaly come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen. |
