week we remember the last week of Jesus' life.
Commemorates Christ's triumphant arrival in Jerusalem. "The next day the great crowd had come for the feast heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem, the took palm branches and went out to meet him, saying "Hosanna Blessed in He who comes in the name of the Lord" "Blessed is the King of the Jews"
Clergy often use Palm SUnday to remind us about our commitment to our faith. Time to think about the times we have been unfaithful to Christ.
Church services, include palm branches are carried in processions. These same palms are used the next year, when burned for Ashes.
Also known as "Mundy Thursday" the Thursday before Easter. Remembered by Christians as the night Of Jesus Last Supper, when he washed the feet of the apostles, and established the Eucharist.
But it's also the night He was betrayed by the apostle Judas.
The word Munday comes from the command Jesus gave the apostles to love one another.
The washing of the feet is called "Pedilavium" where the priest washes the feet of 12 people. It is also the night when most churches bless the supply of annointing oil to be used in ceremonies throughout the year.

The Easter Vigil Service is the 1st Easter service, and takes place on teh night of Holy Saturday.
Holy Saturday is a time for faithful christians to wait and watch, hopeful and confident that Christ will return.
Commemorates Jesus' crucifixtion the most important times in Christian faith are the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus, being the Son of God, whose life and teachings are the foundation of faith. Good Friday is a day of mourning in church. The main service takes place between midday and 3pm.
